Regine as our Therapeutic lead & Counsellor, supports women who are engaged with our advocacy service with 1:1 counselling Support, to improve the quality and access to wellbeing services for women and girls affected by mental health challenges.

Penny Jarrett is a care experienced writer, wellness coach, youth mentor and mental health advocate – raising awareness by sharing her lived experiences with adult ADHD and CPTSD.
Penny supports females who are engaged with our advocacy service with 1:1 & group Mentoring Support, to improve the quality and access to wellbeing educational services for women and girls affected by mental health challenges.

Shirina helps people identify the most inner parts of themselves. Helping them overcome barriers that prevent them from being their best self. Shirina champions wellbeing inner beauty and ignites the importance of it being a part of our daily routine.
Shirina’s well-being company ‘Thoughts within the journey’ works in partnership with Amour Destiné to support women who are engaged with our Destiny Creators Mentoring Programme with 1:1 and group mentoring support.

Amanda Melving is founder of I AM SQUARED a branding and marketing consultancy. Helping small businesses to find new ways of connecting with their customers, by developing their brand and improving their marketing strategy.
Amanda supports women who are engaged with our Destiny Creators Mentoring Programme with 1:1 and group mentoring support. Improving their access to quality business start-up education to gain clarity, focus and understanding to fulfil potential business goals.

Wellbeing Research Assistant Intern
Mercy is currently studying Criminology and Sociology at the University of Greenwich.
Mercy is supporting us as part of her university degree module, to understand how we can be more proactive with what we learn about our services to improve it.
This has included attending some of our programmes, researching what the responses are to harmful practices, domestic/sexual abuse affecting specifically Black & Black Mixed heritage care experienced survivors in the tri-borough of Greenwich, Lewisham and Bexley including statutory services.

Isatu Haja Shaw Momoh is a Social Anthropologist graduate from the University of Essex and the author of The Power of Perseverance and Resilience navigating Forster care, abandonment, and abuse.
Isatu is passionate about sharing the importance of having a positive mindset, knowing your identity, and achieving your purpose all through perseverance and resilience. All character traits that she believes can be developed.
Isatu represents Amour Destiné as our Youth lead to improve the quality and access to Harmful Practice, Domestic/Sexual Abuse and wellbeing educational services for care experienced women and girls.

Keeley Stephenson is a parliamentary board member, youth work specialist advocate for foster care and founder of Care leavers Legacy. She uses her negative care experiences as fuel to shape her purpose and influence the individuals around her.
Keeley will represent Amour Destiné to improve the quality and access to services for care experienced women and girls.
